Hello. My name is Sara Disson. I joined the HVH as a trustee and Chair in October 2020. I have lived in our wonderful village for 13 years now.

I moved here with my husband Malcolm, also a trustee, with our young family from a very busy London. We absolutely love Hermitage and it’s lovely surrounding country side. Whilst my children attended the pre - school in the old village hall I became Chair there for a good few years, a role I thoroughly enjoyed, so much so I stayed on as Chair once my girls had moved up to primary school! After a few years off I joined the school PTA and was an active member helping with fundraising, organising events and general running of the PTA.

I feel that with the existing trustees and committee members, along with Malcolm and Ian we can provide our village with an amazing, fully functional village hall that we can all be proud of being part of. I’m looking forward to a bright and promising journey to give the hall the finishing touches it deserves.
